The only way to mitigate climate change is through massive systemic change. This requires voting for politicians with the will to deploy existing green technologies, invest in the fields where we don’t have good solutions yet, eliminate fossil fuel subsidies, and implement regulations that push companies to reduce their emissions. You can help drive the demand for these green goods and services by purchasing low-emission products wherever feasible for your wallet.
